About me
Miss Melanie Moore is a singer-songwriter from Dayton, Ohio, now based in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has toured the U.S. and Europe as a lead and background vocalist with former RCA recording artists The Tymes and Atlantic recording group Kleeer, sharing stages with renowned acts such as Atlantic Starr, Chic, Change, Rick James, Prince, Sister Sledge, and Kool & the Gang.
Her vocal talent also led to a recording collaboration with the late Luther Vandross for the soundtrack of The Wiz, directed by Sidney Lumet and produced by Quincy Jones.
Melanie was also a cast member in the off Broadway show, The All Night Strut!
Since relocating to Las Vegas, Melanie has performed at major Strip venues, private events, and at Myron’s at the Smith Center’s Composer’s Showcase.
She is currently performing locally in Las Vegas at various venues and concerts.
She released her debut smooth jazz album Anything You Need and her latest single Melts Like Butter, now featured on over 150 contemporary jazz platforms in the US and Europe.
